No returns or refunds on custom orders. All other returns must be in original packaging, returned within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Deposits on special orders are non-refundable. Restocking fee will be withheld from cancelled order deposits if cancelled within 72 hours of pickup or delivery date.
